Antenna Replacement is Underway
KWGS & KWTU Are Broadcasting at Low Power
You may have difficulty receiving FM 89.5 & 88.7
Public Radio Tulsa's antenna is being replaced. Both stations were scheduled to be completely off-the-air, but thanks to the generosity of our friends at Clear Channel broadcasting, Public Radio 89.5 remains on-air at low power, as does Classical 88.7. Listeners outside of the Tulsa metro area are having difficulty receiving both signals. You can listen on-line during installation.
Due to the path of tropical storm Hermine over Tulsa, normal broadcast power restoration is anticipated by Sunday evening. Click here to follow our progress.

Tune in Friday at 8:00 pm on Public Radio 89.5 HD1 for the rebroadcast of Part 1 of our two-part series, as we tell the story of "Tulsa's Top 40 legend, KAKC The Big 97.' Part 2 will be broadcast on Friday, September 17 at 8:00 pm.
